REFUND POLICY

Marketing Route Media Limited

This Refund Policy governs all payments made to Marketing Route Media Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) for consulting services, subscriptions, project-based services, and digital products. By completing a payment, the Client agrees to this Refund Policy.

1. Monthly Digital Marketing Consulting Services

All monthly consulting services begin immediately after payment is received.
Due to the personalized nature of the service, immediate allocation of time, resources, and strategic planning:

All monthly consulting fees are strictly non-refundable.

Once work has started, no refunds or partial refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Subscription-Based Services (Automatic Monthly Billing)

For subscription-based services with recurring monthly payments:

  • Subscriptions are billed automatically via Stripe or Wise

  • A minimum 6-month commitment period applies unless otherwise agreed in writing

  • All subscription payments are non-refundable

  • Clients may cancel future billing only by providing written notice at least 7 days before the next billing date

Cancellation affects future charges only and does not apply retroactively.

3. One-Time Consulting & Project-Based Services

For one-time consulting sessions or project-based services:

  • Work begins once payment is completed

  • Once the service has started, no refunds will be issued

  • If a service has not yet started, a refund may be considered solely at the Company’s discretion

4. Online Courses & Digital Products

All online courses and digital training programs are delivered as digital products via an online platform.

  • Access is granted immediately after successful payment

  • Once access is provided, the product is considered fully delivered

  • Therefore, all digital product sales are strictly non-refundable

5. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Clients agree to contact the Company directly at
bilgi@cetinertugrul.net or cetinertugrul@hotmail.com
before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute with Stripe, Wise, or their bank.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate termination of services

  • Suspension of access to all digital products

  • Legal action for recovery of outstanding amounts

6. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may only be issued in rare exceptional cases where:

  • A payment error occurred due to a system malfunction

  • The Company is unable to deliver the purchased service for technical reasons

Such cases will be reviewed individually and remain at the sole discretion of Marketing Route Media Limited.
