By purchasing any service, subscription, or digital product from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Provided

The Company provides the following services:

• Monthly digital marketing consulting

• Subscription-based digital marketing services

• One-time project-based or hourly consulting services

• Online digital marketing courses and training programs

• Sales funnels, automation systems, and digital strategy implementation

All services are provided remotely via online communication tools and digital platforms.

3. Service Activation

All consulting services, subscriptions, and one-time services begin immediately after payment is received, unless otherwise stated in writing.

By completing a payment, the Client authorizes the Company to allocate time, resources, and strategic planning immediately.

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe and Wise.

Payment types include:

• Monthly recurring payments

• One-time payments

• Subscription-based automatic billing

The Client authorizes the Company to charge the selected payment method automatically in accordance with the agreed service terms.

5. Subscriptions & Automatic Billing

For subscription-based services:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly on an automatic recurring basis

• A minimum 6-month commitment period applies unless otherwise agreed in writing

• Subscription payments are non-refundable

• Clients may cancel future billing by providing written notice at least 7 days prior to the next billing date

Cancellation stops future billing only and does not affect past payments.

6. Online Courses & Digital Products

• Online courses are delivered as digital content via an online platform

• Access is granted immediately after successful payment

• All digital products are considered fully delivered upon access

• Digital courses and training programs are non-transferable

7. No Guarantees of Results

The Company provides professional consulting, strategy, and digital services.
However, no guarantees of specific financial results, revenue, lead volume, or business performance are made.

Business results depend on numerous factors beyond the Company’s control.

8. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Cooperate in a timely manner

• Not use the services for unlawful purposes

• Not copy, resell, sublicense, or distribute any Company materials without written permission

9. Intellectual Property

All materials, strategies, systems, training content, templates, and documents provided by the Company remain the exclusive intellectual property of Marketing Route Media Limited.

Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• The Company’s maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the service in question

11. Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate services without refund if the Client:

• Violates these Terms

• Engages in fraudulent or illegal activity

• Abuses Company staff or systems

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on the website.
